While scanning Oxygen’s website for photos to add to my posts, I could have sworn they were using the same photos each week for Robert Ulrich’s visits to the contestant house. Take a look:   Week 3: Vulnerability Week 4: Sexuality Week 5: Adaptability I’ve come to the conclusion that he just buys a lot of similar shirts and the BTS photographers really suck.

I really wish the Dallas writers had picked a different name for Elena. I could understand if The Vampire Diaries had premiered around the same time, but the show will be in its fourth season come fall, and now we have yet another drama with an Elena romantically caught between two relatives. With TVD, there’s Stelena or Delena, but what can we call the ships on Dallas? Christena and Jelena Ross? Have you heard anything that sounds better? This week both Ewing cousins tossed their second string ladies aside, pushing themselves back into the triangle. Despite her conversation with Ann, I don’t think Christopher should ever

Kevin McHale guest mentored this week’s Glee Project,  and if you haven’t realized it already, he’s taken great measures to adapt to his role as Artie Abrams on Glee. Yes, he probably knows how to use a wheelchair pretty well by now, but I’m sure it wasn’t easy at first. After revealing that the contestants would perform Alanis Morissette’s “You Oughta Know” as solos, he picks Aylin as the homework winner. This was far less creepy than when Nellie was picked by Cory Montieth, I’m not sure why. Their video assignment for the week was “Price Tag” by Jessie J, but the contestants

Hometown dates are always excruciatingly painful to watch. It’s rare that a family is ever completely nasty to the Bachelor(ette), and it almost always leaves the episode’s cast off thinking, “Why didn’t you like my family?” Though all the families were nice to Emily this week, I still have my favorites. Let’s discuss. In Chicago, Chris’ family was really cute. I’m not a fan of accents from other countries, but I love different American accents, and his mom definitely had that Midwestern inflection to her voice. However, I feel like they weren’t very memorable. Chris also has a habit of

I know it looks like I wrote over 40 TV reviews in the last two days. That’s false. I started blogging on Tumblr, and I wanted to start a copycat blog on WordPress, so I moved most of my writing over here. I write about 5-10 reviews a week, and hopefully that number will grow in the fall. Stay tuned!

While writing my bio for TV Is My Pacifier, I thought long and hard about what TV show started my obsession with the small screen. As a tween, I do remember going out to dinner with my mom and giving her all the details about every single plot line on Roswell, one of my favorite shows at the time. For those of you who want to do the math, I’m only 24 now. Back then, I was definitely the only kid I knew that could give you the names of even the most obscure television actors, and although I followed

I like to eat my dessert first, so I’ll start with the best part of my Dallas recaps, my favorite JR quote of the night. He uses the expression, “Our girl’s crazier than an outhouse rat,” to describe Faux Marta to his new private investigator. The PI finds out that Marta is a bipolar stalker who becomes dangerously obsessed with her boyfriends. To pay back John Ross for lying to him about Marta’s identity, he hires the PI to catch John Ross with Elena so he can send Marta back to crazy town. The PI’s primary objective was to find

You know how we look back on the 80’s and laugh at the outfits they wore? I’m pretty sure kids in twenty years will look at Hanna Marin’s outfits and do the same thing. This week’s episode began in the Rosewood Grill, where the Liars speculate that Melissa was The Black Swan, which made me think that Melissa wasn’t actually the Black Swan, because the writers always try to lead you the wrong way at the beginning of the episode, write? right? All of a sudden, Jason barges in and confronts Mrs. Hastings about defending Garrett. We later see him posting signs

This week on The Bachelorette was so intense! We started the trip to Prague with a one-on-one for my favorite contestant, Arie, who hadn’t told Emily about his former relationship with Cassie, a producer on the show. They don’t say for sure when Cassie tells Emily about Arie, but it seemed to me that it happened right before their date, or else she would have brought it up to him earlier. I’m also disappointed that the three of them had their big conversation about it off camera, but it’s their business, and most producers have the jobs they have because they

I’ve been watching Melissa & Joey since it started, so I know how questionable the plot lines can be. For instance, where did this Donald guy come from? We haven’t seen his and Mel’s relationship in any previous episodes, but more importantly, how would Mel even start dating this guy? He’s clingy, spineless, and his glasses are reminiscent of Dwight Schrute. After all, Melissa Joan Hart has always been a curvy woman and is currently trying to hide a pregnancy with strategically planned outfits(I see what you did there, stylists). However, she’s still beautifully blonde and just funny enough to
