I want to hate this show, solely because I can’t stand Ryan Murphy. He’s a pompous A-hole that only wins awards by playing the gay card and getting lucky with good casting. I can only say I’m glad that this show is on a major network, for the sake of America’s youth, so that they have one less piece of perverted, degenerate programming to watch on Primetime (referring to American Horror Story and Nip/Tuck here, I actually like gay people). Ok, so I don’t watch Weeds, but I’ve got to assume that Justin Kirk doesn’t always look this disgusting. Though I’m usually a fan of redheads, even fake ones, they seriously need to figure out what to do with his curly hair if this show actually manages to make it to series. Is it just me, or does the sneak preview of Go On feel like NBC’s answer to sending Community to the island of misfit toys, aka the Friday Night timeslot? In both series, we have an emotionally flawed male lead and the band of lovable misfits that become his best friends. Let’s take a closer look.
