Watching this episode was like watching a 30-minute version of Crash that tries to be comedic and fails. First we have the guy at the outlet mall bashing Bryan and David, then the guy at the gym bashing the disabled guy. Then the disabled guy calls David the f-word (incredibly unbelievable gay-dar by the way), then David cries to Bryan and Goldie about the guy’s use of the r-word before calling him a ‘retard’ himself. If the jokes on this show were actually funny, I would tell its actors to slow down while saying their lines so that viewers could actually hear what they’re saying. However, with so many references to things that nobody has ever heard of nor cares about (What the heck is Grey Gardens?), it’s pretty much pointless. Speaking of Little Edie, I’m almost positive that Bebe Wood earned the role of Shania just for being cute, because she does a terrible Southern accent. Or is it supposed to be British? I want to hate this show, solely because I can’t stand Ryan Murphy. He’s a pompous A-hole that only wins awards by playing the gay card and getting lucky with good casting. I can only say I’m glad that this show is on a major network, for the sake of America’s youth, so that they have one less piece of perverted, degenerate programming to watch on Primetime (referring to American Horror Story and Nip/Tuck here, I actually like gay people).
