As I’ve said before, there comes a time in every series where I need to take a break from reviewing the show and just make fun of it. I know, I bash on shows pretty hard in my regular reviews, but I mean REALLY tear it apart. Let’s take a look at this week’s episode of Dallas. At the beginning of the episode when Elena comes out in her nightie to find John Ross, she leaves the door open. I know you’re rich, but you’re lettin’ all the bought air out! I really wish the Dallas writers had picked a different name for Elena. I could understand if The Vampire Diaries had premiered around the same time, but the show will be in its fourth season come fall, and now we have yet another drama with an Elena romantically caught between two relatives. At the behest of a friend and follower, I started watching the revamp of Dallas. If you hadn’t seen the above poster yet, let it be the first indication of how awesomely bad it is. Come on, nobody wants to see JR, Bobby and their wives in towels. If you’ve seen the first few episodes, you can also confirm that they added some definition to Jesse Metcalfe’s abs. I’m really happy they decided to do a continuation of the 1978 series and not a remake. We have the two sides of the family feuding, JR’s and Bobby’s, with little mention
